1 Complete Solution service tech was fantastic. We had a problem with an older PTZ camera that would not move and not focus. We had 2 other companies come out to check it out both said it needed to be replaced. Their experienced tech knew the problem and corrected it. A wire was shorted out. Experience is what was needed for the system. Next year we had scheduled a full upgrade on capx and did not need a replacement till then. I can’t wait what great system 1 Complete System will design then.
